Turning, Milling and Jig Boring

With over 30 machines in our turning and milling facility we manufacture a vast range of tooling in a wide variety of materials.
We also offer jig-boring facilities with the capacity for large volumes

Grinding

Our extensive grinding facilities include 40 plus machines capable of producing internal and external cylindrical work, surface grinding and honing.
Some of our internal machines are fitted with high speeds spindles which, running at over 100 000 rpm, are used for producing very fine finishes in hard metals and cemented carbides.
Many of our machines are fitted with Diaform and Optidress units which enable the grinding of complex forms with great accuracy. We were also one of the first companies in Europe to invest in a CNC controlled cylindrical grinder.

CNC Machining,   Wire Erosion and EDM

We have 20 years of experience in CNC machining include 4 axis milling centres and 3D machining from solid models. We also offer some of the largest and most sophisticated EMD machines in the UK including CNC Spark Erosion and Wire Erosion of materials up 500mm thick.

This World Class range of equipment requires and ongoing financial investment of some magnitude and must also be allied to a heavy investment in our workforce. It is however, due to this investment that we are able to offer a level of Quality, response and service which we believe is difficult to match.
