These are designed to cut the most intricate and complex components including, punch and die press tools, heat sink components and extrusion tooling. Any shape may be created for any electrical conductive metal.
EDM assists largely in the production of implants, instruments and components from corrosion resistant alloys, titanium or conventional materials.
There are increasing demands for biomaterials to be used in the manufacturing of implants and equipment within the medical field.

Fast hole sparking may produce holes from 0.3mm to 3.0mm

Adjustment Gauge
This adjustment gauge is used to tightly fit the seal on a vehicle door, for a renowned vehicle manufacturer. The device contains magnets to hold to the metal door frame whilst the seal is lined up, in order to laser the seal firmly to the door.

EDM Machining
Made of aluminium, this component is light weight, durable and hard. These properties enable the machining processes to deliver tight tolerances, whilst working in complex patterns. The small work piece may damage from excess cutting tool pressure, EDM is ideal to produce such complex delicate designs on small components.
