CNC PRECISION MACHINING We have 20 years experience in CNC machining and have 25 CNC machines including Turning, Milling, 3D machining, Spark Erosion, Wire Erosion and Cylindrical Grinding.
The turning section includes CNC machines from Mazak and Hyundai with workpiece sizes up to 450mm in diameter. These machines are capable of great accuracy and are able to machine hardened steels but where even more precision is required we call on our Jones and Shipman CNC Cylindrical Grinder for final finishing. To get the most from this investment we rely on a team of highly skilled programmers and CAD/CAM support staff. Some of the machines have direct DNC links to our Design office from where 2 and 3D machining data is generated by our CAD operators or imported from customer's files. All in all CNC machining is yet another area where Edwards Precision Engineering not only compete with the best, but in many cases lead them.

Our
Milling facilities include Bridgeport Interacts, Mazak VQCs with 4th axis,
Cincinnati Arrow, XYZ Protracts as well as machines by Union and Maho.
